Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
Delivery Time:
Once shipped, orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Shipping Charges:
1. Free shipping on all prepaid orders
2. A small COD fee may apply on Cash on Delivery orders
Order Tracking:
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to track your shipment in real-time.

Return & Exchange Policy:

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

2. Items damaged due to misuse will not be accepted
Return Shipping:

1. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after product inspection
2. Refund will be credited to original payment method
